  1. Ithica NY is a relatively small town in the mountains of New York...the Moosewood restaurant is there (Molley Katzen/ Moosewood vegetarian cookbook series). Lots of in-tune vegetarians there...Cornell University is there also...

also, Asheville North Carolina in the Appalacian Mountains...beautiful art/ music// health scene, lots of vegetarians there too...

  2. Taos, New Mexico

  3. Yes, I do, its in kansas

it has approximately 11,000 people, and 9,000 are vegan/vegetarian.

    my dad lives there

  4. You cant generalize considering that the vegetarian population is incredibly small and only 2 percent of americans are vegetarian. You should not plan a move basded on the vegetarian population as it sonstantly changes. Most cities have veggie resteraunts and such alternatives though, so dont worry.

    Hope that helped!!!!!! :D

  5. Well, Boulder (CO) is a small city, rather than town, but there are a lot of vegetarians/vegans here.
