There is a bead store on Sheridan in Williamsville (I'm sorry I can't remember the exact name).  I've been there before and they have a great variety and they're very well organized.  However, they are a little pricey.  They're in the same plaza as Mighty Taco and Steve's wonderful world of pets, in the plaza next to the Wegmans plaza.  Like I said its on Sheridan, and its between Evans and Youngs.
