Does anyone know of any tour companies similar to EF Tours? I'm trying to find one with Scandinavian trips

I'd like to go on a trip all through Europe that includes Scandinavia, at a reasonable price. Could I do this by booking through some tour company, or would I be better off going through a travel agent? The only thing with that is that I'm probably going to go by myself. I do have a friend in Ireland, so I'd like to stop there. I don't want to have to worry about being alone, I'd like there to be a group of preferably other college students. EF tours seems okay, but I did read a couple things that made it seem kind of low-end. I guess I'd like to know what to expect if I do travel with EF Tours. Unfortunately, they don't have any Scandinavian trips either.

Okay, "reasonable price" and "low-end" sort of go together.  And, are you SURE EF doesn't do Scandinavia?  I never noticed?

Any tour company ought to have some sort of similar tours.  Perillo is one such company, but they specialize in Italy.  Do a search, and see what you come up with, or call a travel agent for referrals, and go from there.
