Probably the best place to inquire about u-18 parties and get the straight answers is on ''Carnaby Street '''   in London .. if you look the part to frequent the ''head shops''' and you ask in a discreet and friendly manne then you will get the info you are seeking   ...  be cool and don't try to tip or act wierd ... just appear to be having a good time and looking for normal info  ..... good luck __________ BE COOL
