Does anyone know of any website can let me know the road is close or not ???

Same as the question above.

Cos i will drive home every nite after 12,but sometimes the road or tunnel will close during that time,i want to know that will it have any website can let us know which road will close(temporary,they usually close @ nite time),so that i can get more information before i go home.
