Im looking to make some certificates and i have already tried smartdraw but when i print, it puts a water mark on it and i dont want that...where can i find a website that i can make it for free or cheap w/o the water mark?

how about you go to a store like say, Staples,

Office Depot or Office Max and get a few in a package and print the names on your computer...simple.

Try www.123certificates.com. I have never tried it, but a friend of mine has.  She said that it is easy and free.
