www.wikipedia.org(just search for RESUME and they will suggest a host of resume sources)

www.google.com(just search for FREE RESUME TEMPLATES and you will get the results)

Linkedin.com is awesome for this, plus it offers job classifieds section and lots of big wigs use this site themselves. You can connect with other business people or coworkers, get good references and so on. It wails all over anything else I've ever seen.
