Couldn't tell you where to buy one as I have never seen one- why not make your own? Its fun, customised and you can match any color schemes you may have the following websites might be helpfull- just attach various size toy bikes (from toy shop) or cut bike shapes out of felt... if you want one that makes music etc just buy a standard one you like from the shop and remove toys, they can be used on other items (eg tie to pram) then tie on bike toys as sugested earlier.... I know its not exactly answering your question but should give you a great personal effect when finished..... good luck!
