Does anyone know of anything I could take to energize me??

I'm feeling a little run down with all the work I've got going on.. Does anybody have any ideas.. thanks. Proper answers PLEASE

  1. USe Air in a can.. lol it costs like 14$ i think at a pharmacy.


  2. Caffeine pills. They work really good to keep you awake.

    A good brand is called NoDoz.

    Just to warn you though, they may make you a little jittery... But they do the job of making you feel more awake.


  3. Please get the natural SHILAJIT from Bhutan/Nepal/India.

    It is a thick, black paste extracted from the high mountain rocks.

    It has a bad odour. Never mind.

    Take a small pinch of it added to one glass of milk before bed-time every night. You can use it throughout your life, if you wish.

    I guarantee you will get energized in not more than 10 days.

    When you visit Bhutan, contact the village people for this medicine.

    Don't go to shops.

  4. I take a protein supplement every morning and it really helps to keep me energized throughout my day. Its called Soy Protein. The brand is Shaklee. Its not like a quick energy drink at the store. It comes in powder form and I usually mix it with milk. My Chiropractor friend of mine reccomended it for healthy energy.

  7. Spirulina with orange juice! Spirulina helps you make new red blood cells and vitamin c doubles the absorption of non-hemoglobin iron. So all of this will help you carry more oxygen in your blood. Spirulina has Phenylalanine as many foods,but a few people are allergic to it so just know this warning. Spirulina also has a complete and has more protein than steak per gram. This won't feel like coffee you will just feel more awake and have better endurance. You can also take octacosanol which is an extract of broccoli,spinach or wheat germ. It would take ten pounds of wheat germ to make 1 gram of octacosanol. This has been clinically proven to increase oxygen during exercise. It's also used to increase high altitude stress. This helps endurance as well.

    Edit: WARNING! Don't just take ginseng as one commenter said because most of it is too strong for women and can make you irritable. American ginseng and don quai is for women. Keep in mind to that ginseng keeps glycogen in muscles so it's not good for those with hypoglycemia. Also it's a tonic for energy and in small amounts it raises blood pressure and in higher amounts it lowers blood pressure.

  8. Best thing is take a short break and spend times with the people whose company you enjoy. Take plenty of water, fruits.If possible among all the work try to do the one you dislike less.You can keep telling yourself, I am feeling good, I am feeling good whenever you get chance.
