the answer from the previous person seems dodgy but I am an international student in the UK probably going through the same ordeal but if your country is part of the commonwealth then you can try and apply for their loans but very few loans for thousands of applications. Depending on the course that you are doing you could also try private organisations, you will have to do a lot of research and try asking your tutors they could have leads. Or just find and employer that will let you work more than 20 hours a week (I am still searching, its kinda tricky)
