Does anyone know of free international calling for Nigeria?

I have a friend that lives in Nigeria. Does anyone know of a free calling service so I can talk to my friend there? Or maybe a cheap calling service? Also does anyone happen to know of a free or low cost voicemail service so they can maybe leave me messages from Nigeria? I live in the united states.Thanks for any help!
