Does anyone know of good circulating libraries in ramachandrapuram, bhel, or chandanagar in hyderabad?

After coming to hyderabad I've been starved for reading good books because there seems no circulating libraries in the neighbourhood (Serilingampalli, Chandanagar, Ashok Nagar, Gangaram). Can anyone help?
