Does anyone know of good hotels in Goa? Preferably cheap for students?

I'm traveling with a bunch of exchange students on vacation in Goa and we need somewhere cheap to stay for about 5 days, as close to the beach as possible. If anyone knows of any hotels from experience or any sites that quote prices, that would be helpful.

i have checked out makemytrip.com for you and i found out many hotels in goa starting from 500 per night plus they are also offering the apartments facilities check out yourself according to the place you are going in Goa you will find something good and within your budget, here is the link

there are like a million. buy yourself a lonely planet book and decide what town you want to go to. then hit the streets and walk into places, you will find one easily.

rent out an apartment for the six of you all , it ll be real economical and preeti comfortable  .. . its a concept of budget travelling and pension housing being implemented by this one particular travel agent in Goa , they're preeti helpful and surpisingly young but good market knowledge
