Many stores carry the new musical or ask simon version and you should read the bad reviews at the end of this answer before considering the purchase of one.

The US-made Roller Racer is not exactly a sit-and-spin.  It is more like a sit-skate toy but it is very cool.  Kids love it! Many schools have started to use them in phys ed classes.
