I think there's a Starbucks that does wi-fi in Bath, but apart from that I'm not sure.

Also, if Angel's still reading: Bath and Worcester are in England but they're also in the UK. Some British people prefer to say the UK because they feel more like UK citizens than English citizens. (I'm more proud of being from the UK than I am about being from England, so I say I'm in the UK.)
