Does anyone know of some horses that can jump high for 3500$ or less and in Michigan thx?

i have family in Michigan, and the horses are expensive out that way.  it is really hard to find a big jumper for under $5000+ and if you hear of anything it is either old, has some problem, or is green and they are taking a guess, never trust what you hear, go see the animal to make sure.
