These coupons will not be mailed out until there are sufficient supplies of the digital converters in  your market.  You can go ahead and order you coupon, but it won't be sent until there are enough of the boxes available to the consumers in your local area.

I registered for my coupons on the first day January 1st, 2008 and I didn't receive my coupons until March 5, 2008.  It takes close to two months for mine to come.
