Does anyone know of the current condition of and or if jockey josh boyd is racing again?

I know in early 2005 he was thrown from his horse and was trampled causing him to have part of his brain and skull removed, but then i heard he was later able to speak and remember his family and things like that, so I was just curious that now more than 2 years later if hes recovered and racing again.
