i purchased an item in this site called ioffer and i had a prob with the seller is there anyway i can make a complaint about this guy if there is im not sure how to do it so can anyone help me with some advice on this?? thanks!

This is the ioffer complaint site. I read a lot of the stuff on it and it is not very encouraging. Some people have been able to get their money back by making a BIG stink. If you are in the same geography as the seller you might be able to file a claim in small claims court.
