Yeah the one next to the Gate has closed, they shut it down when they shut the one down in Chester-le-Street.

There COULD be one in York, but thats about the closest.

r pet, the coop store closed its electrical department a few month ago, am from the toon, what are you after and i will try to find out about it for u.x

theres a large co-op in the centre of newcastle, its right next door to the gate on Newgate street. can give u directions if u need :)

edit....

theres one on wallsend high street, it has an upstairs to it, doesnt just sell food, what are u trying to buy?

Yes it is right next door to the Gate.

not sure about any co-op's, but there are definately some roundabouts  :o)
