Yes its called; Winter sports: The ultimate Challange.  Im sorry to tell you that i dont believe it has snowboarding. Below is a short description of the game.

Don't know about Wii, but I found a fantastic interactive boarding game on www.iwoot.co.uk and gave it to my friend at Christmas.  They also do a skateboarding one.

Its played on your tv and has a mini board that you control the game with.

Only slight problem is theres a weight limit so my friend's bloke hasn't had a go yet. He's on a diet now!
