Question:

Does anyone know some healthy foods?

I want to really eat healthy foods this year at school and home. I'd like to know some organic foods or health foods that I could take with my in my lunch. It'd really be helpful if some of the foods didn't have to be kept cold.

I eat chicken and fish, but not pigs or cows, and I'm trying to cut back as much as possible on that. Eventually, I want to go vegetarian, but I'm taking baby steps.

  1. Raw veggies of all kinds are very healthy, especially with yogurt dip. You get the plant enzymes in their raw state and the vitamins haven't been cooked out of them.

    Watch out for the nonhealthy stuff in granola bars and yogurt -- the chocolate chip, caramel, etc. etc. stuff companies like to put in.

    Organic salt-free rice cakes are nice, too, but not everybody likes those. (I do)  


  2. Chicken breast strips are a healthy snack.  

  3. salads, fruits. and u need protein, fish etc..

    dietry food,milk,cheese.

  4. milk, yogurt, K gronalla bar things. there are these things called kudos and they are really good, there like granolla bars, and there healthy. ummmmm fruit, chicken salad, the "lite" chips, (:

    ts not food but is healhy to eat a bit
