I want to really eat healthy foods this year at school and home. I'd like to know some organic foods or health foods that I could take with my in my lunch. It'd really be helpful if some of the foods didn't have to be kept cold.
I eat chicken and fish, but not pigs or cows, and I'm trying to cut back as much as possible on that. Eventually, I want to go vegetarian, but I'm taking baby steps.
