Does anyone know some magazines i could post my photography to?

i've taken a liken in photography and id like to start getting my pictures out there ad start getting noticed.My parents had suggested for me to post my pictures to magazines. well the thing is i don't know any magazines i could post to. Could ya'll help please?

hi there...i would suggest JPG Magazine. There, you can submit your photo to the monthly contest that they run and see if your photo is voted. It's completely a Magazine dedicated to photographers. Many people are chosen and you get $100 if your photo is picked. I've seen people make it lots of times. I've yet to make it...but there's a chance!

Your best bet is to post to blogs or Flickr groups based on topics related to your subjects.

Magazines tend to keep more control over their content.
