  1. Wrap them in bacon.  Sprinkle them with pepper and then grill them.

Or I suppose you could bake them if you want..

  2. 10 MINUTE SHRIMP

1 lb. medium shrimp, pre-cooked, frozen

    3 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon (or more to taste) Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1 teaspoon chopped garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon Frank's Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Do not thaw shrimp. Place shrimp in a microwave-proof bowl (if using fresh garlic, add now) and microwave on high setting for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are steaming hot. Drain liquid.

While shrimp are hot, add butter, hot sauce, (lemon and parsley, if using) and remaining seasonings. Return to microwave for 10 seconds, or until butter has melted.

Serving Suggestion: Serve garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkled with Morton's Hot Salt.

  4. clean, peel, toss with your favorite barbque sauce and broil.  the same applies to a boatload of other sauces.  I like kettleman's gold sauce for shrimp.

Shrimp is just about the easiest thing to make, and by changing the sauce, you can vary the flavors.

  5. Shrimp Scampi

    2 TB olive oil

10 oz large shrimp (can use pre cooked)

    2 TB lemon juice

    1/4 C fresh parsley chopped

    1/4 C fresh or 1 1/2 ts dried basil

    3 C chopped green onions

    2 minced garlic cloves

Fettuccini (or any other pasta - spaghetti or linguini)

    Cook your pasta.

While that is cooking, in a 10" nonstick skillet, heat the OO & add all ingredients. Cook until shrimp are cooked through.

    Serve with pasta & enjoy.

Makes a lot of juice. Improvise & add some cornstarch for a 'sauce' is made.
