  1. urm...how do you know most were there for the concert? Did you personally ask all 200 000 people?

  2. The free concert was a brilliant idea to get the people there and make it look like they were there for Obama. Obama's audience was hostage to his speech if they were to see the headlining band. But, the media hasn't disclosed this on any of the channels I've been watching.

BTW, I frequently travel overseas and Obama isn't as popular as people in the US want to believe he is.

  3. Yeah, Seal and Obama did Kissed by a Rose before the kickoff.

But seriously, God forbid a presidental canidate attempting to connect to a younger generation....  McCain would never do that -- good thing!

But a serious answer to your question (If not retarded/retorical); No.

  4. no i didnt know that but thanks for the thing!

Ill tell my brother,he more likes polici. thanks for tip again lol.

    =)

  5. What idiot blogger told you that?  There really are a lot of gullible people on the right.

  6. The only time they applauded was when he mentioned the war on...global warming!

  7. So what? Is it your contention that the people did not assemble there to hear him. Perhaps he availed of the opportunity to speak to the gathering which had gathered for other purpose. If he had succeeded in disseminating his message across to them, that is good enough.

  8. Nope.

They were there to see Obama.

  9. then why didn't they leave after the concert ?

  10. I think you'll find that Obama is intensely popular in Europe and though obviously a free gig is always fun and likely to draw a bigger crowd (let's face it, whoever is speaking, most people probably can't be arsed to get up and watch a politician speak), I don't think it is detriment to his standing as future president.

Just watch how many people would come out to hear Gordon Brown or George Bush speak in Europe, even if there was a free gig afterwards.

  11. They only wanted the concert.

  12. While this is nearly impossible to prove, I did know that a free concert was given before the speech.

  13. They were waving American flags.

    You lie.
