Does anyone know the Chinese guy board game with metal stick?

Can anyone help me with this boardgame its the one with the little plastic Chinese guy with the metal stick. You put it on the mirror thing in the middle and it spins around and you ask it questions

The figure in the middle of the board isn't Chinese, but rather is a "Magic Robot" in the game called Magic Robot.

The game was based on a simple mechanical idea -- by pointing the robot to the question, the offset of the magnets would cause it to point to the answer when activated.
