Operating hours are: Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm EST.

The first phone number, after finding out what i was calling about lead me to the second number.

On the second number, be sure to call early, I have tried at least 5 times and was told to call back the next business day because of high call volume.

I had to get up at the crack of dawn & called 7am on the dot.. after a 45 minute wait on hold, I finally got through to someone.
