Does anyone know the Phazer 2 radio commercials number?

I live in texas. I kept on hearing about this phazer 2 jammer. I decided to call one day. they got my info and I "bought" one. They took the money out of my account in 3 days. 6 weeks later...no phazer2. Now the commercial is no longer playing in my state... I cant track down their number. HELP!!
