Does anyone know the actual bicep workout the Olympic gymnasts do to get such toned strong biceps?

  1. most of them have like years of experience.

    the parallel bars, pushups, handstands, rings.

    theyve probably done those for years and those really help your biceps.


  2. Did you watch them they practice 6 hours everyday. doing all those events is harder than weight lifting and cardio combined! That builds toned riped muscles. They also do weight lifting if they have weak areas  in their body.

  3. Im not sure. But i have a friend who has a six pac. A perfect ripped body. All he does is a bunch of sit-ups and not eat anything past 7. Not to hard, but you gotta be determined for good 6-9 months doing this routine.
