Here's a perfect site.  http://www.taxifarefinder.com and choose Orlando.  You can type in address A and address B, and it will calculate the distance, duration, and the estimated taxi fare.  Things like traffic and weather always affects the fare, but it gives you a general idea.  I strongly recommend it.
