Does anyone know the authur of this Chinese poem, or what it is called?

My Chinese friend tried translating it for me - its not quite right, and I cant find anything like it on the net.

'I was hopeless to see him leaving me

And couldn't keep him staying for a long time

Eventualy he said

Meet me at plums blossoming time

I had masses of thoughts last night

No reason to think of him, but I did.

I stood under the plum tree for ages

Wondering why the plums haven't blossomed yet.'
