  1. About £7 or £8 per hour.  Will cost more if the cleaner provides their own cleaning products.

  2. It depends on where you are in the UK. Area's such as london tend to be more expensive and so do those that require difficult travel (such as countryside).

The going rate can be anything from £4 - £15 an hour - this depends entirely on who you get to do the cleaning, whether they are professional, students, bring their own cleaning materials, put travel costs on top of wages etc.

Its also best to let them know what you wish to be done for the wages you pay them, as some cleaners may charge extra for certain tasks. Look in the local paper's, shop windows, the internet etc to gauge the average locally.

Hope this helps, sorry I couldn't be of more use. xx

  3. Most are on the minimum wage of £5.52.per hour.Private house cleaning can pay more and wages also depend on which part of the UK.

  4. Depends where in the UK, and the workplace.. I know that in the north west it varies from £6 to £10 ish.

  5. Probably miniumum wage i guess....im not sure how much minimum is... i thnk its about £6 per hour

  6. anything from £6 - £15 per hour - general cleaning, or paid per job for professional cleaning, e.g £45 to clean the oven.

look at the ad's in the local paper, cleaning job ad's usually tell the going rate.
