Does anyone know the best places to buy cheap under 7 years old used cars (auctions, dealers, etc) from Belgium, Holland, Japan or Germany for export to other countries? Addresses, phone number, websites, etc.

You have to start somewhere and here is a good a place as any. Try "autoscout24", here cars are listed from Belgium, France, Germany, Holland and Switzerland.

Either in French, Dutch or German, but even though the language is not english, you will see models, pics and prices.
