I have really fine thin hair that splits easy and what works best for me is actually changing shampoos. If I use one for too long my hair gets ratty so I switch between ausie, suave, pantine, and just whatever else I like. Hope this helps. Oh and I personally like the ausie spray in conditioner. It smells so good and makes my hair feel silky.

I'm actually blessed with naturally straight yet volumed hair, always healthy and shiny, but I love that extra bounce this sham,poo gives me !

i think everyone has a special shampoo that works for their particular hair.  

i have really thick, dry hair, and oddly enough Suave Kids with conditioner is probably the best.  Pantene with conditioner has always dried out my hair!
