Very dangerous out there Allstate insurance advertises that over 7,000 16 to 21 year old young people won't live to see next year. One of those young persons might have found a cure for cancer or a way to reverse the effect of gravity. High performance car control driving school is needed. And I endorse graduated drivers licenses. It is not like it was in 1970 when I got my license. To many people driving not watching distracted or tired to know what they are doing.

One too many. It's not a pretty sight nor is it an easy job to notify a loved one that their son/daughter is no longer with us.
