No, because you didn't include any RATING INFORMATION.  It depends.  How many clients?  How many employees?  Gross payroll?  Gross sales?  Licenses??

General liability STARTS at $2500.  Professional liability STARTS at $2500.   Workers comp STARTS at $800.  And they all go up from there, depending on your RATING INFORMATION.

You can get free quotes and I would do so. It is quite expensive and is usually tied in with the bonding fees and workman's comp insurance which are required by most, if not all, states in the US.

The company I work for pays about $2,500.00 a month for the 80 caregivers and 3 office staff.
