  1. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and because I requested sedation they sent me to the hospital and it cost me nothing, that was 2 years ago though!

  2. I had my 1 wisdom tooth removed 2 months ago, i still have the receipt as it cost me, with 2 lots of antibiotics and 2 sets of x-rays £38!

  3. I had two removed just before Xmas, I think it was about £40.  But it is the same price for one as it is for two.

  4. Recently, the NHS has introduced fixed pricing.

For any lot of treatment, there are only 3 payment tiers. The maximum amount you can pay for a course of treatment is £198, but most cost either £16.20 or £44.60. It's gone up on last year, but still, not bad.

I had a tooth removed last year and with x-rays, anaesthetic, and it got done on the spot (immediately after intitial consultation at an emergency clinic) and it cost me £15.
