you can call, but no one will answer the phone!! no way to call.........just go to live-chat or go to the forum to solve your problems!

Ymax is the company that owns and markets MJ.

Even the Ymax corporate web site doesn't have a phone number for you to contact. Not even an email address...

Best they offer is a snail-mail address (P.O. Box, of course; not a real physical office location...)

as far as I am aware it is still a BETA service..

the live chat is very quick in responding to questions..

also search for the unofficial magic jack forum on yahoo or google.. lots of good info and people on there to help out..
