Does anyone know the dates of the 2007 Dusseldorf Carnival?

Here's a web page listing the events in Dusseldorf, including the Carnival.  It gives some good links to find out more info, too.

Looks like the Carnival takes place twice a year - the big one is in February, just like Mardi Gras.  There's also one in November.
