Look in General Dimensions, theres a little diagram, you'll have to scale it with the scale they give you, but its only a replica so as long as you're accurate within 4 inches I think would look totally awesome.  Are you doing this for a door inside the house or somewhere?  Have fun.

The main entry door on a 737 is 34 inches wide by 72 inches high (and yes, the 737 was designed in inches, not cm).  

If you are building a model, note that the vertical midline of the main entry door is 16 feet, 6 inches from the nose of the aircraft. In other words, if you measure back from the nose, the entry door opening begins at 15 feet 1 inch, and extends for 34 inches to 17 feet 11 inches.

That's a pretty specific thing.  I don't know if anyone would have that for you.  I would suggest you write to Boeing for that answer.  Good luck.  Why do you want a replica of a door, by the way?
