Does anyone know the drink recipe for Jamaican Smiles, the recipe used at the Sandals Resorts?

I want this recipe they use at Sandals. I believe it may be appleton rum, ice, strawberry mix, pinacolada mix, 1 banana, ect. I am not exactly sure and I do not know the correct ratios!

I couldn't find any recipes for this.  You can try to contact Sandals, directly, but I'm not sure they'll answer you.  I tried to get a recipe for the Dirty Banana drink at a Holiday Inn, and they haven't responded.  Good Luck.
