The easiest way is from Enfield Chase, changing at Alexandra Palace. There are trains every half-hour at 29 and 59 minutes past the hour throughout the day, the journey taking 47 minutes. Do not use Enfield Town! http://www.thetrainline.com which is the site I have used, suggests a walk from that station to Enfield Chase even over going into Liverpool Street from Town and thence via King's Cross

I think from Enfield Chase you have to go towards London and change at Finsbury Park.  Or from Enfield Town into Liverpool Street, then to Kings Cross then to Hatfield.
