Well, tax is different everywhere. Here in RI, for example, its 7% sales tax plus 1% convenience food tax (8%). New Hampshire has no sales tax. In Massachusetts it's 5%. Also, Starbucks varies thier prices based on the shop, like New York City is going to cost a whole lot more than a small town. So some may sell for 2.00, some for 4.50, and etc. Your best bet is to call your local Starbucks and ask how much it costs after tax.

$3.40 where we live.... $1000 for the year.  That's what it would cost you to buy an excellent home machine, all the fixings, AND have $600 left over.  And it would taste better, too.

Now that's how to budget.. :)  Can you tell I'm raising kids?  LOL
