Me and a couple of my friends were hanging in a park, i guess we wer laughing to loudly[no booze or drugs involved.] and the cops came and are fining us...i'd like to know how much i'm actually going to have to pay.

and if it makes any difference at all. im 17.

that is the most idiotic law I ever heard of..

the judicial system is going to h**l.
