  1. I assume you mean the genes responsible for the development of the hands, which will be the same as the tissues that make it up: nerves, muscle, blood, skin. But unfortunately all of these are polygenic and you might spend a long time looking for all of the major ones.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "genetic cross for hands."  If you're asking what genes are responsible for hand development, it isn't a simple answer.  The best answer I can give you is the Hox genes, a family of genes important in embryonic development.  You can read more about them on wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeobox.  There is also an article here: http://dev.biologists.org/cgi/content/ab...  I don't know if you'll be able to access more than the abstract . . . it may not be open-source.
