Question:

Does anyone know the hand movements for tae kwon do (1-50)? I think I have a test on it this week or next.?

If you could give me a link or something that would be great!! I only know 1 - 30, but here's 1-20 so u know what i'm talking about.

1-2: low block

3-4: inside blocks

5-6: outside blocks

7-8: high blocks

9-10: two middle punches

11-12: knife hand low blocks

13-14: knife hand inside blocks

15-16: knife hand outside blocks

17-18: knife hand high blocks

19-20: knife hand "punches" (?)

  1. you also have outside inside with open hand palm blocks

    remember there are 2 type of the blocks one where you stand like front stand or horse stand  or you shift to the side from where you block.

    you can also block from above one motion down with one open hand palm.

    i see at you 19-20 a question  mark that means you do not know this punch because it is no direct forward punch but from the sideways a hand strike.

    there are also crossblocks with both hands to stop a front kick

    there is more but for you level i think this is enough
