Does anyone know the laws in CT about withdrawing your child from a home daycare?

i pulled my child out of a home daycare for many reasons a month ago, now the provider is asking me for a letter to be written why saying it is the state of CT law, but shes basicly telling me what to write on it and i dont know if this a new law or shes trying to cover herself. thanks

  2. She's trying to cover herself. You don't have to write a letter when you pull your child out of daycare. You only need to fuffil the terms of contract as far as money goes. (For example, if you pulled your child on Monday night, you may still owe for the week)
