There's a really pretty olympian named Leryn Franco from Paraguay. I just love that name, does anyone know it's origin and how it's pronounced? I can't find it on any baby name websites. Thanks!

  1. i think it's one of those names that can't be found anywhere like Tiarna. i've got a baby name book and that has names like Peace and Lalage and it's not in there so i'm not sure

  2. Actually, I just found a name that sounds like it. Maybe it's a different spelling: http://www.babyhold.com/list/French_Baby...

  3. I can't find Leryn anywhere but I did find Laryn: Of English origin, from the name Lauren, and means "from Laurentum", an Italian city.

  4. I've never heard of it, but I like it. I have a niece named Teryn which is cool too.

  5. I searched it on www.babynames.com (it gives you the meaning of the name) and it said no results are found.

--Maybe its one of those names that just doesn;t have a meaning (like other people have said)
