The meaning of the name Tatiana is Fairy Queen. It's also a Russian name! It's a really pretty name, in my opinion and there are several cute nicknames! Elegant as well.

Edit: After reading more, I learned that it is the feminine form of Tatius. (Also a Latin name) I'm no longer positive of the meaning.
