Does anyone know the name of a big wheel type bike that has two huge wheels at the side.?

This bike came out in the early to mid 70's and it seemed like it came out before the big wheel. It had big wheels at the side that would allow you to spin in circles if you wanted to. Does anyone have a name for this bike?
